We are a holding company whose sole activity since our incorporation in November 2013 has been to invest in shares of Oleoducto Central S.A. ("Ocensa"). This interest in Ocensa represents all of our assets from which we derive our income.
Ocensa, incorporated in 1994, owns and operates the largest crude oil pipeline in Colombia, covering 836 km on land and 12 km underwater and one of the largest crude export terminals in Colombia (the Port of Coveñas).
